PIRATES 

We like to think we'd make a really great pirate. Sure we probably wouldn't have the stomach for the violence and the stealing, but there are other pirate tasks that we'd be good at! Sailing, for example. We think that we would be pretty good at navigating the sea on our pirate ship. Maybe we will just drive while everyone else pillages and plunders. We also think we'd be pretty good at talking like a pirate. 

If you put us in a line with a bunch of real pirates, I don't think you'd be able to tell us apart. We'd be all like " Ahoy Matey." and "Quit staring at me you scallywag, or I'll make you walk the plank.". We'd even sing "A pirate's life for me" quietly to ourselves so that you'd know we were serious. Saying stuff like that makes us into quite the convincing pirate. 

FUN DETAILS 

This costume will have you ready to sail the seven seas! You'll be wearing a dress, styled to look like traditional pirate garb. It's all white and has ruffled sleeves and a ruffled skirt. Over this, you'll be wearing the vest. The vest fits like a corset and is made of black faux leather. It fits by lacing on the front and a zipper on the side. Once you have these two pieces, all you will need is a hat and some boots and your costume will be complete! 

PIRATE LINGO

Have you been working on your pirate lingo? If not, it's probably time to start. Pirate lingo can be tricky to perfect. It's easy to say, but hard to say right. If you don't practice first, no one will believe you're a pirate! Just look in the mirror and give it a couple test runs, you'll figure it out.
