The 1920's looked like one heck of a time. Obviously, we weren't there, so we can't know for sure, but it looked like a time where optimism was high, and while life had setbacks, it also had its perks. When we picture the 1920's, we picture life like an old-timey movie. Everything cuts to black and white, and maybe it's a silent film too. Cue the music! 

The scene pans in: It's us, walking through the doors of a swanky speakeasy. We walk up to the bar and ask the bartender for a drink. Whiskey, neat. We can't hear her, but she asks us to dance, and we wander to the dance floor to share a slow dance while the jazz band hums a tune.

This costume embodies everything that we picture in an old-timey 1920's movie! The pullover dress has a scoop neckline, with fringe at the shoulders and hemline. When making a flapper costume, of course you have to include a headband, and we simply could not disappoint! This costume comes with an elastic headband, covered with black sequins, and has an upright black feather at the back. All you need to grab is the feather boa that is shown in the image and a pair of heels, and you will be truly all set!
