Molded plastic does allow black light to pass through to some degree, but how well it glows depends on whether the plastic contains fluorescent or UV-reactive pigments, and our copy doesn't state that. What we do know is that it's a molded plastic skull measuring about 14 inches high, 9 inches wide, and 5 inches deep, designed to slip over a light fixture with an elastic band.(AI Generated Answer)
