They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but who's "they," anyway? We certainly aren't qualified to declare someone an authority on fruit or not, we do encourage a healthy dose of skepticism. True or false? Not sure. But we can definitely say that remembering to chow down on an apple every day gets exhausting, and eventually does a number on our mental health.
